This Bid Bulletin is being issued to amend the schedule of bid opening and deadline of submission of bids and to clarify the issues and concerns raised during the Pre-Bid Conference held on November 29, 2019; 10:00 AM at the Bureau of Quarantine.

 

This Bid Bulletin will form an integral part of the bidding documents for the Construction of Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) for the Isolation/Holding Area Facility.

 

Invitation to Bid

 

7. Bids must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat at the address below on or before December 13, 2019, 10:00 AM. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause 18.

Bid opening shall be on December 13, 2019, 10:00 AM at Mini-Conference Room, 2^nd Floor BOQ Main Building, 25^th and A.C Delgado Sts., Port Area Manila.  Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below. Late bids shall not be accepted.
